Simple clean functional well worth the stay

It was ok but nobody there when we arrived and had to call them to get the codes to get in

Not much but it had coffee and tea at least

I felt unsafe - the lock of the door was closed - The staff was only there to welcome me - other than that non existent - on their loud phone - neighbours were also super loud - I checked out the next day and very received any acknowledgment to my ask for an invoice (which I still need) and for a partial reimbursement given I left after one night

La gente súper amable al recibirnos, pero en general no me parece un hotel boutique, parece más un hostel.

Clean and cozy, had all that is needed.

Both the sink and toilet didn’t drain properly.

La habitación cuenta con lo básico para hospedarte en un viaje de negocios (servibar, TV, Wi-Fi, baño y regadera), y está a menos de 5 minutos a pie de Midtown Jalisco en una zona segura de la ciudad. Sin embargo, aunque se nos pide que conservemos limpia la habitación, no se tienen a la mano escobas o trapeadores para limpiar. No hay staff los domingos, así que tomen eso en cuenta cuando reserven, pero cuando están, son muy atentos.

Excellent front desk service. Basic clean rooms in downtown business district.
