Newpointe Luxury Serviced Apartment at the Atrium

The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep much because if the heat and so much light was pouring in from the street - please get a blackout curtain or something that covers the bedroom window entirely. The cookware was quite limited, I wanted to fry something but there was no frypan and there was no oil, or salt & pepper, or anything other than a couple of packets of instant coffee. This place is very basic in that regard. Also, it’s quite complicated to get into the building. I had to try the code about 4 times before it worked properly. Also, even though this apartment is in a business park, cars drove past the apartment at all hours of the night - so it is not quiet. I wouldn’t stay here again.

None at the reception, I couldn't check in. They didn't respond to my message before the arrival. Avoid this
