Mixies Manor Sasco Apartments

The size of the property was good for us as a large group of friends, not too far to walk to everything. Communication was good.

There was only one bathroom which was a little difficult for a large group. There was a small amount of blood on the living room door that should have been cleaned. The beds felt damp when we got in at night, maybe putting the heating on to air the house before our arrival would have helped. The lighting in the first-floor front bedroom was red and we couldn't change it, this made it look a little like a swingers bedroom. Some minor repairs are needed on some of the door handles.

The apartment was very modern and provided everything that was needed for our stay. The rooms we great although we wished we'd had time to use the jacuzzi. Booking agents were very helpful and friendly during the times I rang them. Thank you

As probably mentioned by other customers, it's unfortunate that there is only one bathroom and toilet for the amount of people within our party. A few of us were doing the toilet dance on the landing whilst waiting for someone else to exit the bathroom . Apart from this , we all had a great time and an excellent night's sleep.

The property is in an ideal location for visiting all of the main attractions in Blackpool. The parking facilities are close and reasonably priced, I think we paid £22 for three days parking. The property is spacious, plenty of beds. Very easy to get in contact with owners if you needed as help. Clean and well looked after.

Although the jet spas are a lovely addition the carpets were wet around them when we arrived, it’s obviously hard to avoid wetting the carpet when in use. Would be helpful to provide dustpan and brush etc for cleaning for small messes. Outside furniture could do with a clean also.

The rooms where big, plenty of space and cool lights in each room

The “spa” and “hot tub” are literally just baths both the same and both didn’t work. One wouldn’t fill and the other one took about an hour to fill half way. Bubbles didn’t work and wasn’t even hot. Only 1 toilet for 16 people.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean!

We definitely could have done with extra toilet roll, 2 rolls between 16 women just wasn't enough.

only 1 toilet !! bedroom on middle floor double bed mattress is needing replaced had to sleep on top of duvet to avoid the springs . apartment seems a bit dusty ( not recently been cleaned ) outdoor area had lots of rubbish and cigarette ends ( we binned ours inside ) . area seems a bit grim and daunting - but close to amenities
