In between not having any hot water for 14 days other than 5 hours of it and 14 days without my front door being able to be locked properly and securely and getting robbed to the very last day I stayed there the hotel staff got very hostile to where the police were called I would never ever be here again

I did like how courteous they were in the beginning when I stayed here however I'm very unhappy with the fact that I complained about my door being able to be unlocked without the key since day one and eight maybe nine days later somebody broke into my room and I lost things that were irreplaceable to me then they wanted to move me to safer her room

After getting the key and walking into this disgusting place, I took a few pictures and went to the front desk. The smoke detector was covered in plastic that was yellow from what I can only assume was from chemicals being burned on spoons. The pillows were unbelievably disgusting, less than 1/4 inch of TP on the roll with no extra but they are willing to sale you a roll for $1. Take a look at the pictures before you decide to stay here. No Refund, No room change, manager was rude.

I asked for a non-smoking room and the room had a combination of cigarette smoke and paint that made me wake up with a headache.

Washroom is not good and toilet flush didn’t work.

Terrible place to stay

This hotel is absolutely the worst I've ever stayed in. I felt safer sleeping in my car! The door didn't lock properly, none of the appliances really worked, the bed was disgusting, trash shoved under the bed, bathtub rusted to hell. Awful. And no refunds??? We can see why.

Found the hotel website. I did reserve two rooms for two nights. This location seemed to be pretty good according to the website and pictures provided on the site. The website is false advertising and is lying about the room conditions. The site showed a three-star rating. Being the most generous it would have been at best a half star rating. When I arrived, I paid for the two rooms and then went to unload luggage. Upon entering the rooms, I found That the first rooms door could be opened just by pushing on it due to the fact that it had been kicked in and the door frame had been ripped out and a poor attempt to repair at some point. Upon entering the room I noticed that the room was old (that in itself is not an issue) but the fact that the room was in poor condition. The room smelled very musty and of old stale cigarettes. The bed was made, but the sheets were dirty as there were smudges and did not appear to be clean. The Bathroom was not in good condition. Were the old tissue boxes would had been were ripped out and the facing of the counter had been torn off. The carpet was in bad shape. The curtains were in bad shape. The lighting was poor. All in all the rooms were nasty. The second room I looked at was in the same condition. The area of the rooms I had been sent to did not seem safe. The second room was in the same condition. The doors could be opened just by pushing hard on them. Also there were many renters that by all looks were long-term customers, one seemed to be running her business out of her room. Two extremely intoxicated men were just going in and out of rooms. We did not stay and did not even unload our vehicles. We did not use the rooms at all and just left and ask for our money back and was refused. I would not tell anyone to use this location.

Check in started smooth, so I thought... I reserved room online & expected to just show id & get room key, unfortunately when arrived late in evening the door was locked and had to stand outside window to be told I needed to complete the check in process thru office and after at least 30 mins & going back& forth giving my id, car info & phone to get enrolled in system and then get told a $50 deposit is mandatory to pay before can Even go to room. The shower curtain seemed to have sum spots of mold & found used towels wedged behind bed from previous guest Pulled into room after day of working and got approached by 3 Killeen police officers flashlights on face asking questions, if I was supposed to be there & just completely felt ambushes & uncomfortable as if i shouldn't have been there. Wouldve been better if had hangers & more towels available and a do not disturb sign... Also, it was expected to take trash out and clean room to make easier on housekeeping, which I personally never seen.. Check out was much better experience and did refund the deposit a lot quicker than expected (per check in employees information) It was not the best nor the worst experience but I personally do not have to stay there again.
