The service is good and the desk is very helpful.

The staff was excellent but what really made it an okay review was because the tv didn’t work good, you couldn’t hear anything. Towels are too small to even wrap yourself with to take a shower and I’m tiny lol. And lastly was having a really hard time trying to connect to the wifi. I loved the staff very helpful but everything else was okay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The carpet was frayed and need of replacing. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The bath tub needed cleaning and the water was barely warm when taken a shower. The pictures on the web showed a nice place, but the room was disappointing. The pool was not filled and website showed the pool was filled. We was looking forward to swimming there.

The room was not what I asked for. The phone did not work. One of the bed frames was broken. The WiFi modem was dangling from the wall. The lamps in the room did not work.

The Resident at thks hotel charged my card to take off his rent .I called the police .When i asked to speak with the manager he said I am the manager.Tbey are running this business like a plantation.The hitel had people on house arrest sex offenders peoplde peeking in my windows A jeremy ..Sex ofdenders.Dirty carpet no house keeping came to seevice my room.They charged my card without my permission for charges

Walked in the door then walked right back out. Thick smell of mold. Will never go back. There was mold all over the bedding and beds.

Stay was decent. Towels were tiny and I had reserved a king bed. When arriving to hotel they gave us 2 queen beds instead. Aside from that the service was great.

Wish I would have read some of the reviews before I stayed here! Horrible management. Spent most of my night trying to kill nats and flies.. Rude staff and for some reason you have to sign a million forms when you check in.
