주차등록이 안되어 있어서 불편했어요

we got the second floor so the sea view is blocked by the sign. would’ve been good if we stayed on a higher floor.

Location is just by he beach. Room is big, and was newly renovated.

Hotel front desk is under renovation, so currently it is in a temporary location, in the upper floors (I think the second floor) - very improvised. As a suggestion, they could improve the sign, as the fact of having two hotels in the same building is very confusing. Although staff is very kind, not many can speak English. Another suggestion is for the hotel/staff to have better information on day tours or other tourism services, considering Jeju is a touristic place. The power outlets in the room were a bit strange - No outlet close to the bed.

the location

the staff, bug infested-room, scam-like attitude to my free parking, and zero condolences to their incompetence. I have never experienced hotel staff not believe there are bugs in my room with clear bug bites on my head. On the last day, the staff did not quickly fix the issue of a random car parked in-front of my parked car. I was in a rush since I had to drop off my rental and get to the airport with a tight schedule. What’s wild is that the staff treated foreigners worse than korean nationals.
