USUSUSThe location was centrally located to ISU (we were there for a graduation) and the expressway when we arrived. Very easy to find. My husband enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. I couldn’t eat anything due to food allergies. But that’s ok. We had a refrigerator in the room so I brought items for myself.
The heating and cooling system for the room was a little confusing. Whenever we turned down the heat the air conditioning kicked on. So we went from hot to cold a few times in one night that we just left it on a temperature and dealt with it.
USStaff members were great and friendly. We checked in very late and they were super kind and welcoming.
USUSUSStaff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Facility was pretty-really liked the front lobby/breakfast area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Hotel is on edge of town so I heard no traffic noise. Was an odor to room and was crumbs in sofa bed when we opened it. But Management got us a new mattress cover when I asked and were helpful. Overall, we liked it there and would stay there again.
