Everything great except wind noise from the gap under air conditioner/heater. Sounds like tornado outside 😀
USI liked the room had lots of counter space
Brayden was great at check in. The guy after him was very rude. Wouldn’t even give his name. The pool had 15 grown adult men drinking 6 packs of cokes beer. Two kids in the pool. I asked the customer service rep to ask the grown folks to exit pool drinking. He said it’s not his business. Very disrespectful. I feel he only did it because they were all the same race. And I wasn’t. My kids couldn’t get in the pool because the space was took and overcrowded by grown drunk men.
The pool water was cold and our keys got deactivated on us an we had booked for 2 nights.

USThe rooms are spacious, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was ok. Could use some more options such as fresh fruit and sausage or bacon not on sandwiches. The food sits in the warmers and gets too hard to eat. The whole grain waffles were great. Maybe some access to ice water available in the lobby as the juice bar was not working on Tuesday morning.
