La locación es muy buena, el personal es muy amable y servicial

Las habitaciones tienen MUY poca ventilación, a la hora de llegar estaba muy caliente, tenía un ventilador que hacía mucho ruido. Las habitaciones se escucha todo al lado, si alguien toma un baño o habla o la tele, se escucha demasiado, en los baños no había jabón ni shampoo, solo en el lavabo de manos había un poco.

Poca limpieza, el baño no contaba con jabón, toallas poco higiénicas, no contaba ni con una botella de agua de cortesía ni cafe.

La ubicación, extraordinaria. El acceso al lugar y a la habitación muy cómodo. Las instrucciones del personal excelente, muy cordiales.

El aroma en general del lugar y la habitación, se requiere una limpieza y desinfección profunda para quitar ese olor a sudor que pudiera ser incomodo.

La ubicación es perfecta y me gustó que ofrecen cambiar el desayuno por la cena en caso de que no puedas estar disponible a la hora del desayuno.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y calientes, el desayuno no fue muy rico y hay mucha humedad en el baño y los estantes del baño. La habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente era terrible, solo tenía una ventana muy pequeña y hacía demasiado calor a pesar de que el clima en la ciudad estaba agradable.

Todo me gustó me gustó la ubicación me gustó el trato del personal me gustaron las instalaciones pero lo que sí agradecería es que cada recámara tuviera su televisión y el colchón estuviera un poquito más rígido ya que estaba muy aguado y que los baños tengan suficiente dispensador de champú y jabón de ahí en fuera todo perfecto muchas gracias

Que no tuviera televisión el cuarto el colchón y poco champú y jabón en los dispensadores del baño
