CHROMA Lodge Rafina

L'appartement est vraiment très bien. Le contact et les échanges vraiment impeccable. Je recommande ce choix.

The apartment was a walkable distance to town, mostly going down except for one very steep hill. Returning was mostly uphill so more difficult. The living-dining room area was spacious. The bathroom was very good - lots of horizontal space to put your toiletries, hooks for hanging clothes or towels, etc. The shower was excellent and the hot water came up very quickly.

The stove/oven were confusing. There was nothing clear about how to turn something on or off. The symbols were microscopic and made no sense to me.

Ok pour une nuit avant de prendre le bateau, j’avais une chambre sans vue / lumière, un peu moyen.

The facilities look nice from the outside. The hotel gives clear instructions in advance regarding check-in and all. The building, lobby, and apartment living room looked nice

Unlike the living room, the rest of the apartment looked really old, with very basic and minimal decore. The doors were squeaking, and the blinds couldn't be shut all the way down, as you have to turn on the electricity in each apartment separately upon arrival - you have to wait for 30 min to take a warm shower, and the fact that the reception desk works remotely is problematic, especially if any help requested. He stayed at a different hotel in Rafina when we first arrived, paid the same costs, and received far more for it.

Le fait que l’on nous pilote par mail, c’est tres impersonnel, ce qui peut heurter. La chambre est à 20 minutes à pied du port de Rafina. À savoir , et les cotes sont abruptes.

Nothing, when we arrived there were other guests in our room. It took over an hour for someone to drive from offsite and resolve the issue. We were informed it was because of a faulty lock. That is unacceptable on several levels. 1) It should not take over an hour to resolve this kind of mix up (the mix up should never have happened in the first place). 2) Not having functional locks is a major safety issue.

This was not a hotel with an attended desk, it is a glorified airb&b and we were misled while booking. The locks on the rooms did not function correctly leading to a massive safety issue. The wifi was very poor. we had to turn the water heater on at arrival making it so we had to wait a while to shower. If there is an issue with getting into your room it will take a long time to resolve (because that's what happened to us).
