The location of the apartment and the apartment had everything we needed nicely decorated

Very nice location great apartment with everything you need for simple stay. Beautiful interior. Lots of grocery stores. But the bed is a bit shaking and you can hear neighbors on the hall way.

Great place to stay while in Madrid. Good location near the metro. Good restaurants nearby. Safe.

It was perfect accommodation for our stay in Madrid. Located at the back of the building, the apartment was clean and very quiet. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Amazing property so modern and extremely clean. It is located in a beautiful local neighbourhood 10 minutes away from the busy centre. With the most amazing restaurants I have ever eaten in! A perfect trip from start to finish!

Raymundo (front desk) was very nice and helpful! The property is conveniently located close to restaurants, markets, bars. Very comfy and clean.

Muy buenos apartamentos, totalmente renovados y bien equipados. El salón es un poco pequeña, pero en general están muy bien. Buena ubicación cerca del metro en pleno Chamberí.

We liked the location and appartment if it would be functional: The heating didn't work; there was no hot water; door to the balcony was broken; toilet door hook was broken as well as toilet cover; there were no shelves if cupboards/wardrobe as well as no hangers in the bedrooms. The person in reception was very responsive and helpful.

Very good place in general and very well equipped. Management is very helpful but they need to fix the elevator
