Hotel and Dive Center Roatan Yacht Club

It was very disappointing to get ripped off by the bartender. At first she decided to automatically include her tip without asking. I was surprised but didn't complain. I had one more drink. She took very long to give me my change back so I left. She came later to my room to give me my change. I didn't count it at that minute but put the money down to finish brushing my teeth. That night I noticed that my change was $10 short I brought it up the next day during lunch. Not only did the bartender attempt to lie to me about the price of the drink I had, the the waitress came to my table and started to argue with me that it was not the case. I finally had to explain to me that I shouldn't have to explain myself after I got robbed. The next thing I knew is that the receptionist came to my table to tell me to hurry because there was lots of people taking the ferry that day. I hurried and made it to the ferry an hour early. The ferry was almost empty. I deducted that they wanted me to leave the restaurant. I was not making a scene, but trying to eat my lunch in peace looking at the horrid creepy life size pirates sculptures around the dining room. I will never come back to this thieving place.

Our stay was great. Be mindful there’s is no beach or night life around the area. In fact, you need to pay a cab every where you go. The area is not safe to walk around.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roatan Yacht Club. Unfortunately, there was a mix up, and our airport shuttle didn’t pick us up. But once we arrived at our resort, Miroslva took care of us. She was wonderful at the front desk. She made us feel welcome and heard about being missed at the airport. The resort is pretty, and is right on a marina. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the resort was excellent!

Very much enjoyed my stay. Receptionist was very nice and helpful as was the restaurant staff. Grilled fish was very good. Nice room with nice bay view. Hotel grounds were very nice as well. Also convenient to local stores and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Our staying in the hotel the most greatest experience, personally I don like hotels; this one is amazing to have a relaxing time. Plus: very clean and refreshing. Thank you so much

Everything was great and a safe place to be

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The property is NOT located on the water which I didn’t realize til l we got there. (I assumed it was, due to the name…) Breakfast was very generous. You simply ordered off the menu. The only negative thing was that our room was inundated with a POWERFUL fragrance (room freshener?) that caused me to sneeze and get itchy but it eventually dissipated. It was a $25 ride from the ferry and a $40 to the airport. Pool was nice and warm.

I had an issue with the water supply in my stay. Plus, I had to request the staff for shampoo and soap because There was not any in the room when I arrived
