Love it! One of my favs

The beds were extremely comfortable, the AC worked well and was not too loud. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was very clean. I hope they do something more with the top level and pool area. No restaurant or bar there any longer. Overall, we were really glad we booked here and would choose it again!

The staff was amazing and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Belize.

Amazing view from the room and rooftop. Best hotel bed in a long time, thank you! Clean room, modern decoration, very good water pressure and hot water. Best location on the island!

Quiet location, clean and friendly staff. Transfer to water taxi was a pleasant surprise

The room is huge and has a balcony.

No daily room service. After the 3rd night, the cleaning staff came in to make the bed and we were given 2 half-full OPENED water bottles. There was a small issue, staff mistakenly took my own towel and had no interest in getting it back. They even suggested I take someone else’s towels that the staff took instead. (Btw I do recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here, theirs are yellow and old) I spoke about it with several staff members, no one wanted to listen, let alone apologize for the inconvenience. Same girls we spoke to about that towel, who couldn’t have cared less, were not happy to help arrange a golf cart to the airport either - said we would have to wait an hour for driver to come back from lunch break. Finally a girl who works at the front desk didn’t ignore us and got my towel back for me. Unfortunately I forgot her name but I remember her mention that she has travelled abroad to Honduras from our conversation. If the management sees this review, PLEASE RECOGNIZE HER. She is the only staff we spoke to at the front desk that’s professional and polite. She is the only reason I’m giving this stay an above average review.

Pillows were numerous, but all the same--overstuffed. Didn't ask for different though.

This is a bland international style hotel. No Caribbean feel. However, nice pool on the roof if it’s not too windy. Rooms are large, beds are good. But for this price point there should be atleast coffee available in the AM for balcony drinking.

The rooms are large, beds very comfortable. Very bland interior, no Caribbean flavor! Nice pool on the roof. Biggest complaint is NO COFFEE! Restaurant closed a month ago and won’t reopen. At this price point there needs to be GOOD free coffee in the lobby if not the rooms. Would suggest a Keurig machine or similar. If you’re a balcony /pjs /coffee person, this place won’t work.
