Did not like a thing.

They gave up our room. Twenty minutes before I got there, despite calling and confirming, despite the hotel sending me a confirmation. It was stated because they were “overbooked”. Perhaps they should not have sent me a confirmation from the hotel. Also did absolutely nothing to help me.

Good hotel

Next to train switching yard, noisy loud all night long, whole hotel smelled like weed.

No dishes, soap, pot or pan in room With cooktop with full size fridge. No tissues and very minimal

Hotel overbooked and canceled room right before arrival. All hotels in town sold out. Would never book with them again

It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, and the tub was not clean. The bathroom had hair and fingernail or toenail trimmings on the floor. I was too tired to complain, and prayed I didn't get bed bugs. Cheap and quiet is the best compliments that I have. Don't be fooled by the pics.

Clean, basic extended stay property. Would stay again.

Lets start with the reservation. Not only did you mess up on my sisters room, but because of the football game THERE WAS NOT ONE MOTEL LEFT in the Missoula are. So they had to find other place to sleep. My room floor was NEVER and I mean NEver washed. I have video of my sister wiping one small area with a wash rag and it coming up BLACK. We all wore our shoes. Then there was the most discussing bug I have ever seen on the window. I should have alos checked for bed bugs, but after all of the above, we slept on top of the covers. Never staying there again o letting anyone I know traveling there to use this motel.
