Everything was brilliant. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The room was amazing. Clean modern. This is how the Hilton should be. Couldnโ€™t fault. Best weโ€™ve stayed in out of about 12 Hiltonโ€™s weโ€™ve stayed in. Staff all pleasant (apart from the upstairs at 10.20, who told us to go to a pub outside the hotel!)

Not been able to get a last drink or entry to the bar at 10.20. Told to go outside to a pub. We really didnโ€™t want to do that, and got an earlier train him from London to sit and relax in the bar for half an hour before bed. Shame really. There were other people in there too. Disappointed with this.
