"Price was expensive"

Have stayed there before and was very accommodating

The price for the room was excessive. Had stayed there before for half what I paid today. Was in town for a medical procedure and had to stay overnight, when ask, no discount was given.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly, and the bathroom was clean.

Upon entry to the room, the AC was not on, and it was very hot on the top floor. The temp was 85 and the top floor was never cool during our entire stay, but the room was a great temperature after we turned the AC on.

We’ve stayed multiple times and the staff is always fantastic. The people really make this property.

We arrived and there was no soap in the bathrooms. Our room didn’t have enough towels for all of us to shower. There were soap puddles dried to the tub. And by the time we’d gotten back from our events for the day with the kids, the last thing we wanted was to have to call down, wait, or try and wrangle them all downstairs. The pack and play they gave us for the “crib” was broken and couldn’t be used. The response I was given was “there are only two and the others in use”
