I stay here whenever I'm in the area, always quick to check in and check out. The room has always been clean. The only hotel that I stayed in that I liked the shampoo. The breakfast is nice. Staff has always been helpful.

It was dirty and the carpet seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed. Lots of pet hairs on the carpet. Breakfast was lacking. No microwave to warm food.

The property was fine. However; the Booking.com and hotels need to work better together

I accidentally booked the wrong date (my mistake) and had to pay a higher price due to my mistake but when I tried to just reschedule it instead of booking a WHOLE extra night I was told I needed to reach out to Booking.com so I did and they came back with “you will have to contact the property “ so I paid for two nights when I stayed one instead of paying just a penalty or a bit higher price for the mistake.

"An Exemplary Hotel Stay!"

I just wish I could rate this hotel far above excellent!!! It was spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful!! For a dog friendly hotel, it far exceeded my expectations, and my corgis and I had a great experience!

"I would highly suggest this hotel"

The room was great , the beds were extremely comfortable compared to most hotels. The pool was not big but a perfect size for around 6 people to have fun and not be crunched , the staff was amazing. The location was perfect to find food all over the area , amazing pizza place a block away. The only downfall was the selection of food from day to day was the same and not much to choose from. They had scrambled eggs , real fried eggs , 2 types of meats , waffles, your normal bread selection, single served cereal every day the same.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with. They were very accommodating. The hotel was very accepting to the fact we had two dogs with us. The rooms were super clean. Couldn’t ask for much more 10 out of 10 would stay here again.
