EL personal fue muy amable en todo momento especialmente la señorita Maleni, del área de de Reservaciones quien se portó particularmente amable, servicial y muy profesional conmigo.

Excelente ubicación para una escapada en familia. Limpio, excelente vista. Alberca suficientemente grande. Comida rica.

El personal escaso, a veces parecía que era un poco molesto para ellos su actividad al cliente, para obtener toallas para la alberca un tramite enorme. Comunicación poco eficiente entre personal de registro y las bebidas (tragos) caros

Ubicación, instalaciones y playa.

Hubo temas con el agua caliente y las calderas, hicieron todo por solucionar pero no quedó el agua del baño (regadera).

"Excelente para disfrutar"

La amplitud de las habitación y las amenidades con las que cuenta, al estar retirado de la ciudad la playa es prácticamente privada y te permite relajarte sin demasiada gente.

El único problema es que solicite mi factura y aun no me la envían.
