Receptionist was very helpful and location for me was handy.

Shower was disappointing bed was uncomfortable and soundproofing between rooms needs upgrading ..And the online secondary checkin was a pain.not Really needed.

Took me an hour to get through the front door. I had to upload my ID to a website just to get a code to get through the front door!! It was an absolute nightmare. DO NOT BOOK THE B&B UNLESS YOU ARE HOMELESS!! Its terrible. The place looks like it hasn't had any work done on it since the 1970s. I would not recommend this place. 1/10 for me!

We literally just need a place to sleep for one night. This was the closet option. Easy to book and get into. Honestly, we got there went to sleep and left. Clean enough, wouldnt call it dirty exactly but there was some dirt in tje corners and shower

Self check in property . Ample towels & clean bed linen . Hospitality tray well stocked .Helpful staff that can be contacted by email & responded pretty quickly to address a couple of issues .

Room & surroundings are looking dated , and in need of some upgrade .

The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the facilities were shocking - the cleanliness was beyond shocking. the bed was uncomfortable but the room cleanliness overtook the comfort for sleeping.

For the quality of the stay - shared bathroom, small room, twin mattresses pushed together, in Irvine - it should cost less. If the price reflected the quality of stay, it would be sufficient. Everything worked and I was able to complete my stay without issue.
