Luxury Blackpool Apartments by Sasco

The rooms in the flat were dark . The hall way was very dark with black walls . The flat was not clean . Larges spiders web on ceilings . A faulty fridge which was very smelly every time that we opened it by mistake . No extra bin bag was provided. A broken large sofa that had lots of dirt inside of it . It was hard to use central heating and gas cooker and we had to wait overnight for someone to come and help out . A quick video can be recorded to sent out through what’s app if people struggle.

Flat we booked wasn't available but owner offered alternative which met our requirements. Great location in blackpool, walking distance to north and south pier.

Heating took some time to warm up one of the bedrooms as the portable radiator was too small. However, this didnt ruin our stay.

We did encounter noise on the Saturday night which was a bit frustrating but apart from that was fine

Decor needs updating looking sadly worsre for wear. No real place to sit to relax watch tv due to seatind arrange ment says accomadates 8 but 4bpeople would have to share sofa bed in one room. Think £80 charge was very excessive for size of place

The bathrooms

The apartment was not to the quality the pictures display in the advertisement. Pillows were flat we had to fold them in half and still didn’t provide any support. Damage evidenced in many places of the apartment the fridge was out of order so another one was plugged in, in the corner of the room Sofa Bed had rips on the material. We struggled to get in as the key lock was deceiving with a manual one that would not open, we were lucky enough that another guest showed us how to use the lock. We were charged £100 for damage we did not cause. When asking for a photo that was date stamped as evidence this was not provided. We were put in a difficult position as how do we prove we did not cause the damage they claimed. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

Spacious and well equipped

The shower was extremely hot and couldn’t be cooled. Could not stand under shower due to extreme temperature of water

The property it’s self was ok spacious

The slats on the on suite bedroom was dangerous when you sat on the bed you fell threw the bed because the slats didn’t meet on both sides, if you pulled the slats on the bed stem the other side fell off vice versa ( both double beds were too low to the floor and it was a struggle to stand up as both parties had destabilise. The sofa bed was a built in huge thing ok to sleep on but uncomfortable to sit and watch tv as you have to drag yourself to the edge as there’s no arms to use for support.

It was a great property just had an issue with not being able to heat one of the bedrooms
