There was a phone number on the door to get somebody to the front desk call the number multiple times nobody ever answered nobody ever came to the front desk was never able to check in

The towel was smeared and caked with someone else’s dried poop! All of the sheets and towels were dirty. I have stayed in lots of cheap hotels and never seen anything even close to this disgusting!

It was cheap and warm. The temperature is in the minus

Rooms were clean and warm

dirty old mattresses stacked up outside, room smelled really bad, toilet disgusting, floors filthy and window seal full of bugs. didn't even stay. just left and lost my payment.

We had to pay cash cause their card reader was down. We get our rooms and go to get settled. During the night my son starts getting bit by bed bugs. He took a shower and they fell out of his hair and beard. He spent the rest of the night in our room on the floor and my daughter slept in the car. We changed hotels and asked for a refund. We still haven’t received one. My son asked for another room and the guy said they don’t have one and they couldn’t do anything about the bed bugs. We washed clothes at the laundry mate which took away from my family time with my daddy. Horrible stay.
