Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam, zone is lekker rustig

Hotel is vrij nieuw maar nu al gebreken (alles is stuk en het hotel ruikt naar vocht) Geen wifi bij het zwembad Geen magnetron in het hotel Gordijnen sluiten niet (eerste kamer)

The location was good

Advertised as balcony room, but it was that small you could barely stand on it and the door to get to the balcony was so difficult to open. Then when you got out facing a wall. Room was next to lift, so woken up by noise all night. Room was clean, but rest of hotel felt grubby, sane wet towels left at pool deck for whole stay. Nobody on reception when arriving as both took break together. There was a water jug at reception but always empty.

My stay at Upsun Hotel with my family was wonderful. We loved it. They allowed us to do an early check-in, and the room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. We also really appreciated being able to control the air conditioning ourselves, especially with Miami’s warm temperatures. Ro and everyone at the front desk were extremely friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the free trolley service and the beach.

The room could use better lighting
