Emplacement très agréable dans une rue calme ! Chambre spacieuse Salles de bain communes très propres. Cuisine et machines à laver à disposition très pratique.

Chambres mal insonorisées

The location was excellent and the bathrooms were very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The capsules were more like boxes and there was no ceiling, so it was light all night and you could hear everyone around you. My bed was also right by the air conditioner and it was very hot. There also aren't any lockers to store cases in which is unusual for a capsule hotel here and felt somewhat unsafe.

La ubicación, llegué caminando desde la Estación de Kanazawa. Me regresé en bus y es fácil y muy cerca tomar transporte público. Fui caminando al Castillo, mercado, jardín, etc. El hotel muy limpio, muchos espacios. Cama amplia, entregan bata para dormir, pantuflas, etc. Pequeña caja fuerte en la habitación.

No vi te, café, agua de cortesía.

The room and facilities were great quality for the price. Clean and functional.

We had a lot of logistical issues: - when we arrived and checked in there were issues with the room key. It took more than 30min for them to conclude that the electronic lock did not work properly and that they had to give us a master key. - we asked at reception if we could schedule a luggage transfer to our next hotel for the next day. We discussed the details with google translator because the reception staff did not speak English. everything was seemingly fine, as the person helping us reassured us that he understood, even after rephrasing and asking for confirmation on the details of the arrangements multiple times, to make sure there were no translation errors. We were told we could drop off the bags int the morning, we provided the name of our next hotel, and the time would need the bags for, the next day. Everything went wrong: the next day the receiving hotel reached out to us, to say that the eye had been contacted by the courier for delivery the NEXT DAY, and that they needed to know the cost as they could not anticipate the payment. When I tried to reach out to the sending hostel to ask for the cost, or for contact info from the courier, or for clarification on why the e bag would be delivered one day later they never replied. I sent multiple messages, on booking chat, where we had previously communicated, but it seems that they did not want to deal with the mess they created. Luckily at the receiving hostel they were incredibly helpful and they were able to contact the courier to know the price and the situation was resolved the next day. But thanks to the guys at eight point inn, we had a stressful time worried about our luggage’s and in the complete unknown, had to do without any clothes, toiletries and personal belongings for more than 12hrs. Not exactly what u want in vacation.
