"Not value for money and safety"

Only location from KIIT

No safety and maintenance washroom door lock malfunction and guest was locked in there for an HR when maintenance came and broke open Complimentary amenities and house keeping cleaning was not provided until requesting and follow up Dinner service waiting is more than 45 minutes

The room was small, did not give the room which was initially booked. Breakfast was not good, most of the food items were not there, even coffee was not found.
