The access road from Karnataka side to the property is horrible. That the property doesn't do anything about it is mind boggling. If they want patronage, they must do something about it.

Better vehicles with better suspension to ferry people to the safari starting point. F&B is exorbitantly priced.

Location and road were terrible. Hotel did not have much amenities. Charges for jungle safari was too high 3500 per person

Great location deep into the jungle. Lovely people. Great food. Lovely tribal dance. Well kept property

Approach road was very bad leading to a terrible experience. After travelling 240 Kms & spending so much if you don’t get to see Tigers & other animals it’s a disappointment.
