"A TOTAL DISSAPPOINTMENT & WASTE OF MONEY"

Good spread

The resort on the whole was not upto expectations viz the rate n charges charged, landscaping pathways no greenery maintaince not pleasing at all. Rates are far far too high and moreover I was charged a different rate while booking and rates on Friday was different from Saturday...why so???? I've booked in advance the rate has to be uniform on all days....we did not check in ad-hoc it was pree Booked. To us it was a total waste of 38000 rupees just for 2 nights and I'm sure will not book thru Booking.com again I feel I was cheated and the resort was a total put off. You guys know pretty well how to lock a customer in. On the whole a total disappointment and waste of money.

Clean rooms, housekeeping staff, food menu / variety, front staff, convenient luggage handling

Too far for kabini safari, taking an hour each way. Very tiring time consuming journey. The rooms, restaurant, front office, swimming pool, everything is upto the cleanliness standards. But the pathway leading upto the rooms are dirty and dusty. Even the stairs. If this can be taken care, the property will be top notch.

"Bad experience."

Property was good, ground level staff were good.

The food was very bad. They gave stale dal makhani, puliogre & other items. My grand daughter had severe vomitting on 1St day. Next day my welll built son in law had vomitting & decentry to the maximum. We had to cut short our safari just after stepping into vehicle & had to rush for medical emergency. There was no doctor on call facility. We had to contact our family doctor over call & got medication prescriptions. There's no proper food checking. After heated arguments one day stay amount was refunded instead of full refund. Being a big resort they should have refunded full amount to get all-round appreciation.
