A mi llegada al establecimiento fui atendido en recepción de una manera que considero inaceptable y poco profesional. Lejos de recibir ayuda para solucionar mi situación, el personal mostró una actitud poco colaboradora y carente de la atención y el respeto que cualquier cliente merece. Además, no se me facilitó una habitación ni se me ofreció una alternativa razonable para resolver el problema, dejándome sin alojamiento y en una situación de gran incomodidad. La falta de interés por ayudarme y la forma en que fui tratado me causaron un importante perjuicio, además de una sensación de frustración y decepción.

Pas de climatisation en periode de forte chaleur. Pas de cafe a disposition. Les couettes sont petites. Le lit queen size sont deux lits colles avec une fente au milieu. Le personnel fait mine d etre agreable mais c est sur joue.
