The property was fantastic; I've already recommended it to some family for any get-together they are planning.

Some lamps instead of only big lights in living room/ some bedrooms. (Perhaps a Dvd player ? I brought some because I'm old-fashioned !)

The location was great. Views of the sea lovely. Good spot for days out.

Only issue i had was it could have greatly benefited from a downstairs toilet.

"Lovely comfortable property in a first class location."

Location is perfect, easy walking distance to beach, really friendly local pub, park for dog, railway station and co-op for supplies. House lovely and clean, beds and showers good. Further afield, about half an hour from Snowdon for hill walking and in the other direction Conwy and Llandudno for sightseeing and more pubs and restaurants.

Given you could sleep eight people here, another casserole dish wouldn't hurt but I am nitpicking.

Absolutely EVERYTHING… the owners went above and beyond, I went there to celebrate my 40th birthday and on my arrival they had banners up, balloons and even left a bottle of bubbly. 10* stay

We had to leave 😔 Literally couldn’t improve anything.
