새 건물이어서 룸 상태 좋아요 전체적으로 깨끗하고 침구도 깔끔하고 씽크대, 세탁기 옵션인거보니 오피스텔같아요 설치는 되어있으나 식기류나 세제가 없으니 사용할 수 없어서 불편해요ㅜㅜ 조용하고 좋으나 주변 근처에 갈곳이나 음식점 이런건 없어요 신도시가 형성되고 있는거 같아요 마트도 차타고 나가야해요 간단한 접시나 식기류 이런건 비치해 놓음 좋겠어요

청결합니다. 개별냉,난방으로 조절합니다. 바다전망은 약간 기대를 낮추세요. 인덕션은 설치되어 있지만 사용금지라고 합니다. 전자레인지와 냉장고, 세탁기가 있습니다. 바닥이 온돌마루입니다.

숙소상태 청결합니다. 침대방이지만 바닥 온돌난방으로 따뜻합니다. 바닥이 카펫이 아니고 온돌이어서 좋습니다. 인덕션 사용은 있지만 쓰지 못하게 되어 있습니다. 전자레인지, 차끓이는 전기포트는 있습니다. 바다전망 뷰는 기대한 것보다 낮습니다. 전체적으로 90점 이상입니다.

"전체적으로 아주 만족스러운 호텔"

깔금하고 관리가 잘되어 있었고 레지던스형이라 수납장이 잘되어있고 냉장고가 크고 가스렌지가 구비되어 있습니다. 이순신공원뷰도 좋았고 1층 편의점도 있었습니다. 지하주차장도 넓고 주차공간도 여유로웠습니다.
