老闆非常熱情❤️！而且還送我們小禮物，也介紹很多相關的資訊給我們，非常有幫助。重點是免費的接送，節省了很多來回的時間。更重要的是住宿出門就是洞爺湖，從窗口就看得到超級無敵美景！太棒了！

The place has a great view of Toya Lake. The house had a warm cozy old-school vibe to it. The owner was very very nice! We came here by bus, he picked us up from the bus stop, drove to the house to drop our luggage and gave us a quick tour of the main street! He even picked us up the following morning and drove us to the JR station. Would definitely book again!

Toilet area was a bit cold

Great service from the owner. He took care to ensure our check in and out were smooth. Came to check that we're fine after check in (and gave us complimentary fruits) and also ensure his staff helped cleared the pathway and the car of snow the day we checked out as it snowed overnight.

L'hôte est d'une gentillesse extrême ! Je n'ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli. La maison est très agréable et confortable. Elle est très bien placée devant le lac et proche de la ville à pied.

Everything was amazing, Ohno also came in the morning to know us in person and was very nice to chat with him a bit. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting the magical Lake Toya 😍

Very kind host, information on the town. Helped me think of places where to go eat. Was well located for the fireworks. Cozy and warm during the cold.

TV was not functioning but wasn't that big of a problem.
