The homestay area is close to the town, so it only takes a short while to get to the place to eat. The air conditioning is okay too, it's cold if it's on for a long time.

water heater not working, shower not working, wall below tv dirty, wall of toilet dirty, toilet tap too small so had to wait a long time to wait for bucket full but water in sink was flowing. parking is also difficult not wide, if you are late you have to park outside and only 3 cars can enter inside for parking.

The location and atmosphere were pleasant

I had a significant issue with the water heater. Unfortunately, it didn't work during my entire stay, which made it quite uncomfortable.
