Snoring and not clean sometimes

I love the friendly inviting staff that welcome you in! Everyone is so helpful and informative. The hostel had a very fun vibe! Love the roof top patio/ bar because of the view! They have awesome pizza and great service as well. The brunch is also quite nice and refreshing! And I can’t forget about having the Luxury of the pool! There is always something going on so you never feel alone as well! I would stay again!

I just didn’t love the big hill you walk up 😂 but, hey gets you in shape! lol

All the staff were soooo nice and friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and common areas.

The pool could have used a cleaning more often. It was impossible to get a drink during the day. Day bartender was lovely but WHY does it take 45 minute to get a cocktail when im the ONLY ONE ORDERING. It was actually disgraceful....I started bringing my own booze to the pool. It was actually infuriating.

For young party people, don't go there if you want to sleep before 1am, party place with a heavy noise all around the building

SHOUTOUT to the staff at VIAJERO: Jasmine bartender @ the rooftop was awesome, Maleja & Diego @ the front desk were so helpful 100% Cleaning staff did a great job daily! The private room is PERFFECT for a solo traveler. Would return!

If they provided a bit more variety with their tours. More options for transport from the hotel, karts, tours, etc.

Nous avons loué une chambre privée pour 6. L’emplacement est idéal pour la plage et la ville et le personnel est tellement gentil. Ils essaient d’accommoder le plus possible (heure d’arrivée plus tôt, par exemple). Les lits comme tels étaient propres. La soirée trivia était bien animée et amusante. La salle de bain privée est bien. Les cours de yoga étaient vraiment bien; la prof était super. Attention les tapis sont vraiment sales.

L’eau de la piscine était verte. Inutilisable pendant 2 jours. Quand ils l’ont nettoyée, elle est rapidement redevenue sale. Nous ne sous sommes pas baignés. La sdb de la piscine sentait les excréments et les lavabos étaient dégeulasses. La chambre était sale: un papier mouchoir était laissé sur la table de chevet, la craque entre le lit et le mur était poussiéreuse avec des vieilles napkins et autres objets. Une coulisses brune qui partait du lit d’en haut. BEAUCOUP d’escaliers à monter et descendre (la cuisine est dans un autre 4e pavillon déconnecté du reste au 5e, puis le resto dans le 3e pavillon au 5e et le bar au 6e. Bref, un bon coup de ménage partout ferait du bien et compenserait pour le reste…
