La Bella Modena Centro

We arrived, after 24 hours of travel, to a clean, air conditioned haven. They allowed us to check-in a bit early as we arrived sooner than expected. Self check-in was clear and easy. The room looked brand new and had a very cool refrigerator on the wall, plus a beautiful rain shower, a king sized bed, WiFi etc. We were very comfortable and happy with the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

This hotel was a real pleasure! The staff were exceptional 🥰and the location and surroundings were perfect for exploring. Our room was very comfortable. We'd absolutely repeat our stay if we come back to Modena

If I had to pick one minor area for improvement, it would be the air in the hallways leading to the rooms – it felt a bit stale or recirculated, though I was relieved to find this wasn't an issue within the room itself.

Great service

The area is central, the place is nice.

Plenty: 1) The place is considered professionally run, but the staff is only available through phone except in the morning to collect the tax; 2) It's said it has parking but there are few places and my long car would not have fit; I got an exemption to park on the road (quite heavy traffic); 3) the room was very noisy (noise from inside: fridge and random loud noises): I am used to very silent rooms so I'm very sensitive, but I woke up a couple of times during the night.

Couldn't work the heating controls but it didn't really matter as was fine most of the time.

Great location, modern and very clean. No outside noise but unfortunately internal noise was bad as the room door has no insulation so could hear people coming in and out including the laundry service and cleaner from 630am onwards. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers

Internal noise was too much
