Excellent location, beautiful property, attentive staff, and a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the pool and beachfront setting make for a very enjoyable stay. Overall, a great hotel experience.

I rated the facilities lower because the air conditioning repeatedly turned off during the night, making the room uncomfortable and affecting the quality of sleep. This was disappointing, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel.

She assisted us with a warm smile and great patience during both check in and check out, making our arrival and departure incredibly pleasant and inviting. ### Dining and The Lounge The culinary experience at the hotel is simply outstanding. The food was top tier, rich, and delicious. The hotel lounge offers a calm and exclusive atmosphere with high quality refreshments, making the stay even more indulgent and luxurious. ### Cleanliness and Maintenance The cleanliness across the entire hotel, and specifically in the rooms, was excellent and nothing short of flawless. I went to the kempinski hotel for a fun day with my company and had an amazing time. We had breakfast, a massage and spent the rest of the day by the pool. Credits to Julie, the guest relationships manager, who really cared for us and made sure we had a great time.
