Facility was excellent. Afternoon and evening staff were excellent.

Morning front desk person was rude and inattentive.

Nice convenient stay.

New property was very clean and the pool was very nice with ample seating. Front desk employees were very courteous and accommodating.

The lobby, rooms and workout facility were really nice. The pool area looked inviting, but we didn't get to use it after all. The breakfast was decent. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The glass window from the workout space into the lobby was interesting but not the best for letting those who are exercising just focus on what they are doing.

We were very pleased with the rooms we had. Everything was perfect in our rooms. We were comfortable and slept well. The kids absolutely loved the pool! The lobby was welcoming as was the staff, of course. The whole property was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion is to bring your own pool or beach towels to the pool as theirs are very, very small. Also, we had a family member leave an important item in her room and they notified us the day we checked out and had a resolution set up should we want what left behind. Well done!
