David Hotel

The room itself was very good. We loved the design and the mix of the old building with a modern style. Location was amazing, even though it is located in the busy area, it was quiet at night. We had some questions about the room, the team got back to us very quickly and resolved everything right away.

There wasn't too many surfaces for personal belongings, no shelfs or closets. I guess it isn't too much of a problem if you are only staying there for a short visit though. Be aware that all of the items provided at the room (like a hat, slippers, and other things) are not free. They are quite overpriced and it is easy to assume that they are there as complimentary items. You will be charged if you use them.

Contemporary apartment that made a good base for a short stay. Great location just outside the busiest area of Old Montreal. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to main attractions. The studio is well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable bed.

All information about the property is online in a ‘boarding pass’ and it was more difficult to find information about appliances and procedures (probably showing our age here!). Also we were not aware there was a security guard on site when we had an issue with a noisy party on our floor. Thought we had no option to contact staff.

Location was great. Everything I needed to get in was explained to me. Great staff. 2 tvs but I never used them once. I will be back though for sure.

I was told the one drawer that wouldn't open they would eventually open but didn't. But that is OK. I dont know what it was but one evening it felt like the whole building was shaking. I did hear either car or motorcycles go by but not sure if that would have made the building shake? I am glad I had the slippers to use...I did find the floor unfortunately after showering and didn't put on my slippers, that the bottoms of my feet got dirty again.

A acomodação é extremamente espaçosa, confortável e tranquila. Possui excelentes instalações e equipamentos. O conceito do trâmite inteiramente online é interessante e prático.

Great location, comfortable bed.

David Hotel doesn't feel like a hotel, more like a serviced apartment. There is a limited front desk service, check-in is encouraged to be done via an App, every door you walk through needs a different digital code (found in the App). The room itself was fine if you like an industrial warehouse vibe with limited natural light. It's trendy but wasn't to my taste. This could be a great place to stay for a trendy, well located apartment but it doesn't offer the service I was expecting from a Hotel. And the price was extortionate (admittedly we were there during the Grand Prix weekend).

Modern and attractive, easy access, good location, washing machine and dryer.

Nowhere to sit in a comfortable chair. Only the bed and the bench stools. A clothes airer would be useful.

The location is great. Walking distance to many places, and a metro station is not far away. The accommodation is great, except the showers, clean and functional with a comfortable bed and reliable temperature controls.

The shower. Where do I even start... All the worst interior design decisions culminated into this shower stall. See-through walls, no door, no curb. Had to use all spare towels to soak up the water sipping from the shower.
