Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Grand Rapids North

The front desk was very helpful and considerate to my personal situation. The room was a perfect temperature.

The breakfast was good, but needed to be restocked.

The tv in the room wasn’t working I called the front desk and gave me a phone number to call ( I was aspecting someone to come to fix it) I called the number and got put on hold and eventually they hung up, the third time I hung up after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes The next day someone did fixed the problem with the tv but the room didn’t get cleaned, the hotel is nice but obviously lacks on good service

I felt safe staying there, staff were really nice! My room was clean and welcoming. There is a lot of food options around as well as stores to shop at like target, home goods, marshals

Breakfast was rocky first day oatmeal bar toppings had a few that were old. Great egg options of an omelet or sandwich. Second day skipped oatmeal bar and went for scrambled eggs. They were inedible unfortunately. There were several options at least.

Only one night for a work trip, but this little hotel is really charming and welcoming. Michel and the staff were super accommodating and helpful so I’ll definitely be staying here again.

I appreciated that the a/c was on because the humidity on my trip was unreal. However, after flying all day i took my shoes off and the bathroom floor had some weird residue that was sticky causing me to have to clean the dloor and my feet. The girl who checked me in was kind but I was not provided hours for breakfast, the pool, or even pointed in the direction of my room. Just handed me the key and told to have a good night.
