The property was very comfortable and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and professional. If you are looking to tour the volcano this is the property to stay at, the tours leave within walking distance of the property. The property itself has amazing views! 5 star!!

Enjoyed my stay at the property. Staff was nice and helpful, communicating through WhatsApp throughout the day, gave me directions to make it to the volcano hike. It’s a beautiful place, though room is showing signs of wear and tear. Water was lukewarm in the shower, and low pressure but I was just glad not to take a cold shower. Bring bug spray. Food at the restaurant was decent. Good margarita and the waiters were great. Overall, a good experience. Glad I went.

I like the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is nice and well kept. The closeness to nature and the views of the Lago de Coatepeue and volcán de Izalco are wonderful.

The location of the Hotel in a beautiful mountain with spectacular views is breathtaking. The Hotel rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The Restaurant is excellent with great menu, and excellent service. We would come back again and recommend it.

We loved this hotel! Loved the beautiful views and the little pop up tienditas that were couple steps away from the hotel. The employees were very professional and kind. Only down side was the food, it was expensive and not as tasty. Pretty mediocre. The prices should be better. Breakfast should be free of charge. The frozen tamarindo tho, was sooo delish.
