The Scarlet, Lincoln, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The staff was friendly. The room was clean, bed comfortable.

The price was high and no continental breakfast-had a restaurant but had to pay for it. No free parking-had to pay for parking. No microwave in the room. Not many channels on the tv. Only had a 1 cup coffee pot and only gave three packets of coffee-I drink a whole pot of coffee a day. The shower looked nice, but once the tiles got wet they were slick-my husband would have fallen in it.

Comfortable and good location

No continental breakfast 😢 No pool 😢 Asked for a 1230 checkout at desk and said okay but housekeeping came at 1045 knocking on the door. So poor communication 😪 No microwave in room

This is a design-forward place, with beautiful quality fixtures, linens, and furnishings. The staff is exceptional, from the valet to the front desk to the dining room to the bar - - outstanding people. The food in their Well and Good dining room is delicious, high-quality, and nicely priced. The craft cocktails are made with care.

One small thing: shower water was not hot enough for our taste. Warm, but too tepid for a really satisfying shower. We always wish there were better options for breakfast in the hotel - - the coffee bar does have some okay options, but for a place of this quality, we miss having a sit-down breakfast or even a European-style breakfast buffet.

Location, cleanliness, staff.

They did not have Tylenol for sale, I had a splitting migraine and I can only take Tylenol, wished hotel chains kept things like that at the customer service desk for sale other than that absolutely amazing
