Limehome Baden-Baden Bäderstraße

Booked a 3 people stay. Only 1 double done. the sofa for the third person not done,no sheet no pillow. Nobody answered our emergency call for help. Not a good night freezing under towel...

Great location. Right next to Caracalla and Friedrichsbad. Parking garage is a short walk away. Once we parked we were able to walk everywhere else during our stay.

Super zentrale Lage. Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Platz.

Es gab ein Durchgangszimmer, was man wissen sollte. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Fernseher hatte kein Empfang. Bei 6 Schlafplätzen sollten auch 6 Teller, 6 Gläser, usw. da sein.

If you ever need anything - forget. 1) You paid for the mandatory city tax and Caracal Thermal (or other tourist destination asks for guest card that must be given to you for city taxes you paid) - forget it. Pay full price. Limehome replied to me online after I threatened them my lawyer will contact them to discuss their ignorance of my request to provide guest card!! A few hours before my departure... 2) Someone broke into our apartment almost bumping to my wife was only in underwear.. That guy used 'universal card' to open door. He did zero excuses. He insisted he is from some company and he needs to check something in the apartment. Requested who was that from customer service and asked who else we shall expect. Phone support told me to write to their WhatsApp. Response arrived 2 hours later 'It was a cleaner mixed the room' though I know cleaners to face (they helped me to get to the room) and guy introduced him as some company service provider... So they are lying in their reply to my request where I explained it was some company service provider... No reply if it is safe to leave child alone etc. absolute ignorance of my questions (till next day I wrote them about lawyer will contact them). Basically the only adequate people were cleaners and they were blamed for everything that happened by customer service.. 3) SofaBed has a hammock shape... You cannot sleep on it unless you can roll like a cat or dog when you sleep. I would better have smaller room or further from Caracal rather than this one with above accident 1 and accident 2 and major inconvenience 3. To note: since Limehome didn't respond to me at all for almost 24 hours - I contacted booking support. After 30 minutes I received from booking 'we were unable to get a dime compensation from the LimeHome for the things that happened to you... Booking gifted me 19.3 euros as a good will compensation from their pocket.. It is on 225 euros 2 nights stay.
