"Sehr schön und dankbar!"

Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt, vor allem auch als Frauen. Die Lage war perfekt man ist gut in die Stadt gekommen, war aber auch nah am Bahnhof.

"Sehr zentral, sauber, wir kommen wieder."

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, für 3 Personen. Super geschnittene Wohnung, großes Badezimmer. Wohnung gut isoliert. Durch die Außenjalousie keine Außengeräusche. Sehr zu empfehlen. Parkhaus direkt bei, sogar auf der gleichen Etage. 24h - 15,-€!

Preis/Leistung. Durch eine Veranstaltung war die Unterkunft um das 3-fache teurer.

"A little luxury during your stay in Leipzig"

1. Fairly spacious flat (42m^2) - very comfy for just 1 person. 2. Nice location - very accessible to the main attractions. 3. Auto window blinds - very useful to block out the lights, I had great sleep thanks to them, in addition to the mattress. 4. Self-serving check-in - no human required to get in the room (just on-demand generated passcodes). Although I think some may be concerned with safety (i.e., somehow the 2 passcodes leaked to outsiders and they don't need a key or keycard to get into your room, so in theory they could do that while you are asleep - just me as a guy I am not too bothered with that) - and for the others' references, it is actually Limehome running the apartments instead of a classic hotel. So you need to expect to use another app to interact with Limehome's services in addition to Booking.com. 5. Quiet! As the room is facing the courtyard.

Very small things and no biggie at all: 1. no small plate in the shower - I didn't have a good spot to put my glasses during the shower. 2. The Customer Service at Limehome could use some improvement - it appears to me that my whole conversation with them were handled by different CS agents, and they don't really know what their colleagues have told me. Also, their response time was rather slow (around 20 mins per message), and given that the message content was basically standardized, I think AI would have done a better job than a human there.

Lage sehr gut

Es handelt sich um keine Suite, eher um ein Studio mit Küchenecke im einzigen Schlafzimmer. Eine Woche vorher kamen mehrmals täglich Nachrichten per E-mail, SMS, Whatsapp über die Notwendigkeit online einzuchecken.
