Optimale Lage in der Innenstadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Einfach eingerichtet, funktionell und sauber. Schneller Fahrstuhl. Parken im Parkhaus praktisch neben dem Apparment. Preis/Leistung akzeptabel.

Der Zugang zum Hotel ist ein Gemeinschaftszugang für das ganze Haus und einen Lebensmittel Discount. Wenn man von der Ritterstr. den Hof betritt, bekommt man erstmal einen Schock durch eine unglaubliche Ansammlung von Müll und v.a. Zigarettenkippen direkt neben diesem Eingang sowie durch ein Faß als Tisch, auf das sich eine laute Runde von Trinkenden lehnt. Mit diesem Anblick sinken die Erwartungen auf das Hotelzimmer auf Null.
