Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder The Abbey in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable or room service. This is a historical building and you may experience some noise as the walls are not soundproof. Earplugs and white noise machines are available to all guests. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"Hotel molt correcte"

Hotel molt correcte, i ben situat. L'hotel no té parquing, però n'hi ha un parell a prop.

Tot bé, però per dir alguna cosa, poder el fet que no ens van fer l'habitació durant les 3 nits que hi vam estar.

Non puliscono mai le stanze il servizio non è compreso ma questo non è specificato nelle condizioni della prenotazione Lo fanno solo a pagamento dopo la quinta notte e costa 20 USD Porta del bagno rotta e nonostante la segnalazione al desk nessuno è venuto a sistemarla

All was perfect.

We stay 6 nights, but they never cleaned the room so that, since there was a lot of sand on the floor, because we went to the beach, one evening I had to ask for a broom at reception.

Przydałoby się ogarnięcie pokoju chociaż raz na 2 dni, choćby wyrzucenie śmieci :) Ale ogólnie hotel czysty i przyjemny.

"The shower in my room did not work and they did not fix it"

The room is ok, but the shower in my room is bad. It is absolutely not with the level of a hotel by Marriott Bonvoy. Hot water did not work, I told them and they did not fix it.
