What disappointed me most was the complete lack of professionalism from the staff. From the very beginning, we were given incorrect information regarding the reservation. Even after the booking had been officially extended, the guest returned to find that his belongings had been removed from the room. The staff then called to say that he had “forgotten” his items, when in fact he had a valid extended reservation. It is difficult to understand how such a serious mistake could happen. Another issue was the inconsistent information about room availability. We were repeatedly told that there were no available rooms, yet the same rooms could still be booked online. After calling again, we were suddenly informed that rooms were available after all. Overall, the communication, organization, and internal coordination of the hotel were extremely poor. This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.

A fantastic modern hotel with a stylish design and plenty of thoughtful details throughout the room. Everything was spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the shower enclosure, which had a non-slip floor that felt both safe and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent. The hotel also features its own coworking space and several meeting rooms. What I liked most, however, was the atrium - a quiet inner courtyard with trees and benches (see photo). It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee away from the noise of the city..

It wasn't possible to turn the air conditioning off completely. The fan has a low-speed setting, but it still produces noticeable white noise. The hotel app could not be installed on my Android phone because it appears to be outdated, the last app update was in 2024, and my phone reports that the app is too old and not compatible. It would also be helpful to have a small shelf or hanger inside the shower enclosure for toiletries and other bathroom items.
