"ok hotel for price point."

No fresh towels or room turnover in a 3 day stay. Bathroom was not comfortable, right next to a bed, poor exhaust fan, cracking silicon on tub.

They changed my room to benefit them said i would get credit since the room i paid for vs what I got was more expensive and never received anything. I got nothing but the run around. When ut was 9:36 I went for coffee noticed there was still some food so I grabbed a plate just to be told breakfast was over.I will NEVER stay hede again. Very disappointing.

"This is a friendly holtel"

-The room was very nice. Like the kitchen feature. The staff wA VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

The beds were ok but not great for the price. The indoor pool was ice cold and did not work while we were there.

"Will not stay here again"

Room was not clean (hair in bathtub, floor was dirty, hair on beds), there wasn’t enough linens for our family of 5 even though we requested more towels and such. The hotel overall did not have a nice smell and was very noisy.

"Adequate, barely"

It was clean and did not have any cover up type of smells.

The be bed was lumpy and soft. All the repairs and maintenance appeared to have been done by a Non professional. Cheap in appearance

This place is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in for sometime. Nothing not to like, friendly, clean, room was awesome just like the staff. It would be Awesome if all hotels were like this one.
