Everything thing was great

Modern apartment very close to city center (old town district). Free parking close to the apartment, parking space is rather tight so you better have a small car. The apartment is modern and quiet with a small balcony which catches the morning sun. We didn't meet our host, communication was all arranged via email. Would we book it again? The uncleanliness was a bit of a turnoff but the location is ideal - so probably yes if you can put up with the lack of cleanliness.

We were disappointed that the apartment was not really clean, Leftovers of flakes, crisps etc. were all over the place in the living room and the kitchen (on the sofa, the carpet rugs and the floor). Some of the glasses and dishes and the cups and glasses in the kitchen were dirty. We didn't want to spend our short days waiting for addional cleaning so we did the cleaning ourselves, a vacuum cleaner is supplied in one of the closets. After contacting the host no refund was given. Bedroom has a thick carpeted floor, beware if you are allergic.

It had a balcony and was modern with everything you need. We were sent codes for the building door and our apartment door a few hours before. Entry was streamline without hassle. I did have to recheck the code but the responses were quick from the management team

Not being able to drop our luggage and having to pay to have it sorted for the day. It wasnt that much of a hassle but added to the cost

Excellent location. Easy directions for locating and accessing property. Felt very secure.

Could have used a hook or two in the shower room for hanging clothing or towels.

Great location and walkable to all the sights of York.

Would have appreciated a t towel and coffee for the plunger.

Having a lift was a great bonus

Location was brilliant and the decoration was lovely.

Some very very small touch up needed but nothing major at all.

A beautiful high spec apartment with a view of York Minster. The location was fab, just a short walk into the centre of York. It even came with a parking space.

There was nothing not to like.
