Nice bed, bathroom, but the best which I thought was great being a woman who wears makeup... they had a face cloth embroidered with the word "makeup" on it! And the cloths & all towells were a nice charcoal colour & modern soft & fluffy.

We were woken early to hear a large group discussing their day right outside our room very clearly. It was almost like there's no sound proofing.

The place was clean, modern & the kitchen was beautifully set out & had everything you needed I’d you were cooking there.

Was very modern clean and tidy. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but on while it was a great size and stay thank

Design of unit, ensuite was excellent, clean, spacious. Good self catering in room, very comfy HUGE bed.

2 niggles No bedside cabinet or lamp on one side of bed. No mirror in main room ( this is a regular problem in motels) husband in bathroom, have to wait to do makeup and hair!!!

A lovely apartment, excellent well-equipped communal kitchen, several nice seating areas inside and out, excellent laundry facilities, plenty of free parking, helpful staff and a lovely room. Cromwell has an interesting heritage area to visit and is set on the lake, so some very nice walks.

The hotel is set on the edge of an industrial estate; this didn’t bother us, as the property is lovely with very good facilities, in a super little town. We would stay there again.
