Location in a lovely pretty small town and easy to get the Battle, Rye & Hastings Pub close by Local shop next door The shower/bathrooms Very tasteful decor and furniture

A little difficult accessing the basement - narrow steps

Unusual 3 story old building very cosy.

The weather but it was what it was perhaps not the best place to take an 88year old but she managed ok.

"lovely place spoiled by speeding cars"

The location was nice .......very clean and tidy.......easy to park.....close to a good pub.......very tastefully decorated

smoke alarms kept going off.......lots of speeding cars going by......taking a shortcut......very steep stairs

"We had a lovely couple of days. We booked on a whim and found a gem."

Such a unique house and beautifully designed with lovely touches. We all loved the little shop next door and Winchelsea is a stunning little town, close to Rye and Camber Sands. We had 3 great beach days on 3 different beaches which we all loved.

Thankfully I packed our electric fans at the last minute as I wasn’t sure if the house had any. The current heatwave unfortunately meant the bedrooms were stifling and we wouldn’t have slept without them.
