"Overall it was a good stay"

Location

We didn’t use the sunroom the furniture need to be updated . The grill was rusty and need to be replaced so we didn’t use it either. I didn’t know where the golf cart key was kept. I called and the lady told me it was underneath the golf cart seat. I asked her where did I need to put it when we left and she said back underneath the seat. I put it back there and when we left the property they called and asked where did I put the key. The communication was not clear somehow other than that it was fine.

"We wished we would have not been bothered by maintainence, replacing filters and cleaning the grill a day before we were"

The pool was close to the house but had not been cleaned out, there were a lot of leaves in the pool.

They didn’t email me the correct code so it took 2 hours to get in the property. They also felt that we should not be compensated for the inconvenience.
