BEI love the style of the hotel. Interior design is really beautiful with wooden and natural themes. Each room has a different drawing on its door, making it really special. There are two pools and the rooftop one is gorgeous with fantastic views of the city and great ambiance. Beds are huge and comfortable. Food is great with different options including Indonesian international and Japanese. Last but certainly not least, staff are extremely friendly. I had an issue with taxi to go to the airport and the reception staff especially Robin did all he could to help me, with warmth and big smiles! I am truly grateful! All my colleagues who are travelling with me, including those who stay in different hotels nearby, all love the Orient’s ambiance. Oh massage service is also great! A hotel definitely to return to and to be highly recommended.

Highly recommend this hotel! The check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to Andrian. The breakfast staff was also wonderful and very informative about the food options.The culinary experience here is outstanding. Every dish on the à la carte menu tasted amazing, especially the flavorful Indonesian food and the delicious dim sum. The hot cappuccino was also expertly made, so compliments to the bartender! It is clear that the hotel puts a lot of thought into the taste and quality of their food. 10/10 experience!
MXIncroyable ! 😍 Magnifique hôtel, haut standing. Bien entendu, en plein coeur de ville, mais vrai dépaysement à l'intérieur. L'une de mes meilleures expériences d'hôtel. Spa génial, comme le reste de l'hôtel. A noter : Piscines ambiance "fancy" avec musique. On reviendra, c'est CERTAIN 💗
The people here are very gentle and kindness, so I feel I could relieve my steess from work. Also, room condition keeps always clean and hotel will fix quickly if I have any problem. I don't feel any incomfortable during staying here.
